2. Though the respondents were served with notice, none appears before this Court.

3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of this petition and I am of the view that the delay of 326 days is condoned on condition that the petitioners shall forfeit the interest for the delay period of 326 days and this petition is accordingly ordered.
