Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.523 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24453 of 2021, dated 24.01.2022 that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.B.KUMARASAMY, Advocate for the petitioner, and of MR.A.DAMODARAN, Additional Public Prosecutor, on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 24453 of 2021 on 24.01.2022 to appear before respondent police every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
