ORDER

With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

2. This Writ Petition is filed to direct the second Respondent to consider petitioner's online application dated 30.01.2023 for transfer of patta in his name and dispose of the same in accordance with law within specified time fixed by this Court.

3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.

4. The case of the petitioner is that the subject property originally belonged to one Rani by a sale deed dated 14.02.1989 and she executed a Will dated 02.12.2012 bequeathing the property in favour of the petitioner and after her death, the petitioner became owner of the property and is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the property. The grievance of the petitioner is that though he has given online application for transfer of patta in the name of 2/4

the petitioner, the same has not been considered by the second respondent. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

5. Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2023 and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
