This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the 2nd respondent not to harass the petitioner by appreciating the facts and circumstances of the case.

2. Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent.

3. Taking into consideration the nature of the dispute involved in this case is a property dispute, it is for the parties to adjudicate the same before the competent Civil Court and the respondent police will have no role to play in a case of this nature.
