Main Road Perungudi Chennai - 600096 and comprised in Survey No. 228/1C, Patta No. 40 as per patta the sub-divided S.No. 228/1C5 Perungudi Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District with a time frame to be fixed by this Honble court and consequently forbear the 3rd Respondent from putting up a compound wall in the eastern boundary of the said property until the same is measured and boundary stones are fixed by the 2nd Respondent.

ORDER
This writ petition is filed for a direction to 2nd respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dated 18.04.2024 to survey the land measuring 6210 Sq.ft. bearing Plot Nos.10 and 11, M.G.R. Main Road, Perungudi Chennai - 600 096 and comprised in Survey No. 228/1C, Patta No.40 as per patta, sub-divided S.No. 228/1C5 Perungudi Village, Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District and consequently forbear the 3rd respondent from putting up a compound wall in the eastern boundary of the said property until the same is measured and boundary stones are fixed by the 2nd respondent.
2. The petitioner submitted a representation 18.04.2024 with a request for surveying the property, which is pending without consideration.
3. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents and perused the materials available on record.
4. By consent of both parties, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

Considering the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, the second respondent is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 18.04.2024 and pass appropriate orders on the petitioner's application for survey of the petitioner's lands, on merits and in accordance with law, after giving notice to the neighbouring land owners and any other interested persons. Such exercise shall be completed within a period of two months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
