Respondents Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to pay all the retirement benefits due to be paid to the petitioner with 12% interest per annum in view of the order passed by fourth respondent by his proceedings in Na.Ka.No.169/2016 dated 19.05.2017.

ORDER

The petitioner seeks for issuance of a writ of mandamus, directing the respondents, more particularly, the third respondent to consider his representation dated 9.6.2017, wherein he has sought for disbursement of his retiral benefits due to be paid with interest, in view of the order passed by the fourth respondent.

2. Mr.T.M.Pappiah, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice on behalf of the respondents 1 to 3. Ms.K.Bhuvaneswari, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondent No.4.

This Court, without going to the merits of the matter, hereby directs the third respondent to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner for disbursement of his retiral benefits, in the light of the order passed by the fourth respondent in proceedings Na.Ka.No.169/2016 dated 19.05.2017, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
