This petition has been filed for seeking to direct the respondent police to file a charge sheet in Crime No.32 of 2011 before a Competent Court within a stipulated period.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation has already been completed in Crime No.32 of 2011 and closed as "Mistake of fact" on 10.02.2014. Now, the final report has been filed before the Special Court for Land Grabbing, Namakkal.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that so far, the petitioner did not receive any referred charge sheet notice from the respondent.

4. Considering the above said submission, the respondent is directed to serve the referred charge sheet notice forthwith to the petitioner. On receipt of the same, the petitioner is at liberty to file a protest petition in the manner known to law. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of .
