By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition is filed to direct the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's online application dated 01.11.2019 in Application No.2019/0103/06/151610 seeking transfer of patta in his name with respect to property situated at Thachchampadi Village, Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District comprised in Survey Nos.489/9, 435/4, 435/5, 489/5, 492/4, 489/3, 489/4 as the petitioner purchased the said properties vide sale deed dated 14.12.2007 in Doc.No.3138/2007. 3.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

The case of the petitioner is that he made online application dated 01.11.2019 in Application No.2019/0103/06/151610 seeking transfer of patta in his name with respect to property situated at Thachchampadi 2/4

Village, Chetpet Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District comprised in Survey Nos.489/9, 435/4, 435/5, 489/5, 492/4, 489/3, 489/4. However, the same had not been considered by the respondent. Hence, he seeks a direction. 5.

Considering the limited nature of the relief sought for in the present Writ Petition, there shall be a direction to the respondent to consider the online application of the petitioner dated 01.11.2019 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
