ORDER

Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents. By consent of both parties, the writ petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself.

2.The petitioner seeks for a mandamus to direct the first respondent herein to dispose the petitioner's representation dated 28.02.2019 with respect to survey of the petitioners land comprised in Survey No.117/4 to an extent of 5625 sq.ft. situated at Mumudikuppam Village, Tiruvallur District and 32/4 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

to an extent of 76 cents situated in the same village in accordance with law.

3. Heard both sides.

4. The grievance of the petitioner is that even though the petitioner has paid necessary charges to survey the subject property and made a representation dated 28.02.2019, till this date, the respondents have not conducted any survey. 5.This Court, at this stage, is not expressing any view on the survey of the subject matter property, as it is for the first and second respondents to consider and decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law. Therefore, this writ petition is disposed of, only with a direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.02.2019 and pass orders on the same on merits and in accordance with law, after hearing all the parties concerned and the other rival claimants, if any. Such exercise shall be done by the respondent within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
