These petitions have been filed to condone delay of 98 days in filing the Criminal Appeals against the Judgment dated 22.10.2024 made in C.C.Nos.154, 155 & 157 of 2019 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Pollachi, Coimbatore District

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, the delay of 98 days is condoned and these petitions are ordered.
