Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to quash the possession notice issued by the first respondent, dated 09.01.2018 and forbear the respondents from interfering in the peaceful enjoyment of the property at No.7, Flat No.G-4, 4th Floor, Matrix Apartments, Karanai Puducherry Road, Urapakkam, Chennai-603 202 by the petitioner, or in the alternative, repay the lease amount a sum of Rs.5,50,000/- along with interest @ 7% p.a. to the petitioner.

(The Order of the Court was made by V.Parthiban, J) As against the impugned order, alternative remedy is available under the SARFAESI Act and hence, the present Writ Petition is not maintainable in law. Therefore, the Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, W.M.Ps. are closed.
