..Respondents Application praying that this Hon'ble Court be pleased to direct the 1st respondent to Register the Award passed by the Learned Sole Arbitrator in ARB No.32 of 2016 dated 5.4.2017 under Section 17(e) of Registration Act, 1908. This application coming on this day before this court for hearing the court made the following order: This application has been filed seeking for a direction to the first respondent to register the Award passed by the learned Sole Arbitrator in Arb.No.32 of 2016, dated 05.04.2017 under Section 17(e) of the Registration Act, 1908.

2. Learned counsel for the applicants filed a memo dated 17.04.2018 in Court contending that the learned Arbitrator passed an Award on 12.04.2018 to approach the respondents to register the Award passed by the Arbitral Tribunal.

3. Recording the memo dated 17.04.2018 that the Arbitral Tribunal has passed the Award dated 12.04.2018 directing the applicants to approach the official respondents for registering the award dated 05.04.2017, this application is dismissed.
