PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent, to give police protection to the petitioner and her property based upon her complaint dated 13.08.2020 and to take appropriate action against the accused persons, in accordance with law. The petition has been filed to direct the 1st and 2nd respondent, to give police protection to the petitioner and her property based upon her complaint dated 13.08.2020 and to take appropriate action against the accused persons, in accordance with law.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he already filed a suit in respect of the disputed property as against the 3rd respondent and others and also obtained interim injunction as against the 3rd respondent in O.S.No.66 of 2020 on the file of the District Munsiff, Maduranthagam, and it is pending for trial. Even then, the 3rd respondent disturbing the possession and enjoyment of the property by the petitioner and also gave life threat to the petitioner.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that on receipt of the complaint dated 13.08.2020 from the petitioner herein, he was issued with CSR No.368 of 2020, and it is pending for enquiry.
4.Considering the above submission, the petitioner is directed to produce all the civil court orders before the 2nd respondent. On receipt of the same, the 2nd respondent is directed to issue notice to the 3rd respondent and conduct detailed enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
