ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for a mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2021 and consequently, directing the 2nd respondent to issue necessary orders against the 4th respondent so as to protect the life and property of the petitioner.

2.According to the petitioner, the 4th respondent and her henchmen are interfering with her property. Therefore, the petitioner has made a representation dated 28.04.2021 to the respondents 1 to 3. However, till date, no action was taken on the said representation. Hence, this writ petition. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents 1 to 3.

4.Considering the limited relief sought in this writ petition, this Court directs the respondents 1 and 2 to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.04.2021 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner as well as the 4th respondent, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
