Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the second respondent in his proceedings No.Nil dated 28.12.2011 which was confirmed by the 1st respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.No.40/2012 Thu.Va.Tha.1, dated 16.07.2012 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to reinstate the petitioner into service with all attendant benefits and other backwages.
