(CRIME NO.123/2022) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition that the Petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- each in the District Collector`s Fund imposed by this Hon`ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.10818 of 2022 in Crime No.123 of 2022 on the file of the Respondent.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.RAJINIKANTH, Advocate for the petitioner, and of M/S.V.J.PRIYADARSANA, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioners by an order dated 06.05.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.10818 of 2022 i.e. the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each before the concerned District Collector's Fund as non-refundable deposit.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall deposit a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand Only) each before the concerned District Collector's Fund as non-refundable deposit. Further, the time for executing sureties before the learned Magistrate concerned is extended for a further period of fifteen days from today.
