Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 4 to conduct proper inspection and enquiry to ascertain the structural condition of the Balamurugan Theatre premises situated at Uppukkadu, Ingur Road, Chennimalai, in the presence of the petitioner and the 5th respondent and to give proper report/structural certificate and consequently issue an order of demolition of Balamurugan theatre premises, based on the petitioner's representation dated 02.02.2017 in accordance with law, within a time frame.
