This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner to direct the first respondent to de-freeze the Current Bank Account of the petitioner herein in Current Bank Account No.0948611160 with Kotak Mahindra Bank, Adyar, Chennai Branch/the third respondent herein, based on the petitioner's representation dated 07.03.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. It is seen that the first respondent police is in the State of Gujarat. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition.
