No. 5225 of 2025 dated 25.07.2025 (e-filed on 25.08.2025) pending before the Chief Judicial Magistrate Court, Chengalpattu within a time frame as may be fixed by this Honble court preferably within a period of 30 days and consequently direct the Chief Judicial Magistrate Chengalpattu to render necessary police aid and administrative assistance for taking physical possession of the secured asset.
