This Writ Miscellaneous Petition is filed to implead the petitioner herein as 4th respondent in the above writ petition.

2. Since the document is refused to be registered only on the ground that the property is a temple property, the presence of the temple is required for proper adjudication.

3.Accordingly, this miscellaneous petition is ordered.

4. For filing counter by the newly impleaded respondent, post the main petition on 12.06.2024.
