This petition is filed seeking to enlarge the petitioner on bail, in the event of his arrest, pending investigation in Crime No.399 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police.

When this case was called today, learned counsel for the petitioner sought permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement in the court bundle to that effect.
