This petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to take action on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 11.07.2016 and to register complaint under Section 294 [b], 506[i] IPC and Section 3[1] of SC/ST Attrocity Act.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent and perused the materials placed on record.

3. It is seen that this petitioner is working in KTV Health Food Pvt. Ltd. and is a union member. He has lodged a complaint against his superior officers, alleging that they are causing mental stress to him by referring his caste name. On reading of the complaint dated 11.07.2016, the petitioner has not even stated that date of alleged harassment.
