O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition is filed against the order dated 29.04.2010 passed by the learned Sub-ordinate Judge, Sathyamangalam in E.P.No.26 of 2010 in S.C.O.P.No.21 of 2003.

2. This Civil Revision Petition was referred for mediation to the Mediation Centre at District Court, Erode, by the order of this Court, dated 03.04.2014.

3. A communication dated 10.11.2014 of the Principal District Judge, Erode, enclosing a copy of its Mediation Report dated 08.11.2014, has been received.

4. As the parties have arrived at a settlement in terms of the Mediation Report dated 08.11.2014 entered into between them, this petition is listed today for passing an order in terms of the said compromise.

5. The terms of the settlement arrived at between the parties, which is recorded under the Mediation Report dated 08.11.2014 filed by the Principal District Judge, Erode, is taken on record and this transfer Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of accordingly. The Mediation Report dated 08.11.2014 of the Mediation Centre shall form part of this order. Consequently, connected M.P.No.1 of 2010 is closed.
