This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent to register the case with respect to the complaint dated 08.07.2015 submitted by the petitioner which is pending before him and consequently direct the 2nd respondent to monitor the case and file periodic reports before this Hon'ble Court.

3. On a reading of the complaint dated 08.07.2015 given by the petitioner, he does not inspire the confidence of this Court for a direction to the respondent police to register the case. Hence, the criminal original petition is closed.
