O R D E R

The petitioner has come up with this writ petition to call for the records of the second respondent in connection with the proceedings bearing Ref.Na.Ka.A2-607-2010 dated 09.02.2010 and quash the same.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is having appellate remedy against the order in Na.Ka.No.710Minerals-2.2009, dated 07.01.2010, which according to the petitioner had not been served at any point of time. The learned counsel also fairly submitted that the copy of the order dated 07.01.2010, has been served now and hence, she seeks liberty to https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

challenge the same.

3. In view of the above, liberty is granted to the petitioner to challenge the order as referred to above, before the appellate authority along with stay application, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On such filing, the appellate authority shall entertain the same without raising objection with regard to the limitation. Before deciding the appeal on merits, the appellate authority shall consider the stay application and pass appropriate orders on merits. The main appeal shall be disposed of within a period of eight weeks thereafter.

4. With the above observation, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
