By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would state that the petitioner, being the Secretary of the Organizing Committee, has submitted a representation dated 21.05.2016 to the respondent praying for appropriate permission to conduct a cultural dance programme in the temple festival of Perumapalayam Arulmigu Sri Mariamman Koil Thiruvizha, Namakkal Taluk and District and since no order has been passed, he came forward to file this writ petition.

3. This Court heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, the learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.

Petition is disposed of and the petitioner is at liberty to submit one more representation to the respondent under proper acknowledgment praying for appropriate permission to conduct a cultural dance programme by fixing a particular date within two weeks from today and on receipt of the said representation, the respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and pass orders within a period of one week thereafter.

5. The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
