(CR.NO.RC MA1 2012 A 0036) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.MP.No.8050/2016 in C.A.No.588/2016 dated 02/08/2016 against C.C.No.27 of 2013 vide order dated 02.08.2016 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.L.RAJASEKAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. K.SRINIVASAN, SPECIAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR, FOR CBI CASES, on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition is filed seeking to relax the conditions imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8050 of 2016 in C.A.No.588 of 2016 against C.C.No.27 of 2013 vide order dated 02.08.2016.

2. It is stated in the petition that that the petitioner has been appearing regularly before the XIV Additional Special Judge for CBI Cases, Chennai.

3. Heard Mr.K.Srinivasan, learned Special Public Prosecutor, appearing for the respondent-State on the above submissions, who also submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions of this court and appearing before the court concerned on the first working day of every month.

4. Considering the prayer sought for in the petition, this petition is allowed and the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.8050 of 2016 in Crl.A.No.588 of 2016 is modified to the effect that the

petitioner shall appear on the first working day once in three months at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
