O R D E R

This petition is filed seeking to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.894 of 2015, dated 16.07.2015 by Judicial Magistrate No.II, Walajapet, Vellore that the petitioner should appear before Walaja Police Station every Saturday and Sunday at 10.30 am and sign, until further orders.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side] for the respondent.

3. According to the learned Government Advocate [Criminal Side], the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.

4. In view of the above and considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the condition imposed on the petitioner by the Court below is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police once in a month i.e. on last Sunday of every month at 10.30 a.m., commencing from October 2015, until further orders.
