O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions, submitted that subsequent to the filing of this writ petition, affiliation was granted to the petitioner's association to represent national and international events and hence, nothing survives for consideration in this writ petition.

2. In view of the submission so made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as having become infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
