This petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to file a final report in Crime No.24 of 2015 within a stipulated period.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner; learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submits that, investigation in Crime No.24 of 2015 has been completed and the closure report is ready.

4. Under such circumstances, the respondent police is directed to serve the RCS notice on the de facto complainant and file the closure report before the jurisdictional Magistrate, within two weeks, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
