Respondents Prayer: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the Tender Notification bearing No.8/2020-2021, dated 25.02.2021, 07.05.2021 issued by the Managing Director, Tamil Nadu Adi Dravidar Housing and Development Corporation (TAHDCO), Chennai, the second respondent herein as also all the other consequential orders issued based on the Tender Notification, quash everything and direct the second respondent herein to reissue the tender notification in respect of the Construction of (i) Headmaster and Teacher's Quarters, (ii) Hostel for 100 students in the Ekalaiva Model Residential Higher Secondary School, Sengarai in Namakkal District more fully described as item 3 and 4 of the

impugned notification and invite tenders from all the eligible First Class Contractors of all the Divisions in the state by issuing proper notice and following the tender procedures contemplated in the Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Act 1998 and Tamil Nadu Transparency in Tender Rules 2000 within a short date that may be fixed by this Court.
