By order dated 09.02.2026, all the defendants except defendants 4, 11, 26 and 27 who were given up by the plaintiff, were set ex parte. Thereafter, the plaintiff recorded ex parte evidence.
2. Learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the defendants have continued to commit acts of infringement through mirror websites and that evidence has been gathered in this regard. Consequently, the plaintiff has applied to re-open the evidence of P.W.1 and permit the plaintiff to file additional documents mentioned in the Judge's summons of A.No.1716 of 2026.
3. Upon examining the additional documents mentioned in the Judge's summons of A.No.1716 of 2026, it appears that the plaintiff has gathered evidence of continuing infringement. Consequently, these applications are liable to be and are hereby allowed as prayed for. 20.04.2026 mmi A Nos. 1579, 1580 and 1716 of 2026 in C.S(COMM DIV) No. 81 of 2021
