(The case has been heard through video conference) Earlier, the matter was adjourned on four occassions and thereafter, on 15.10.2020, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner. Thereby, the case was directed to be posted on 09.11.2020.

2. Even today i.e. 09.11.2020, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. The respondent has filed a detailed counter wherein, it is stated that it is a case of commercial quantity of Ganja.

3. In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed for non prosecution.
