Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.5590 of 2021 dated 16.04.2021 concerned the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. K.BALU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in clause (b) of the order dated 16.04.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.5590 of 2021. 2.This Court, vide order dated 16.04.2021, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
3.Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4.In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e., on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. Except the above modification, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 16.04.2021 stand unaltered.
