This Court while granting bail to the petitioners in Crl.M.P.Nos.325 and 329 of 2019 had imposed certain conditions, one of the condition is that the petitioners should appear before the respondent police daily twice at 10.00 am and 5.00 pm until further orders. Subsequently, as per order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.7234 of 2019 dated 19.03.2019, the above said condition has been modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to appear before the HUTCO Police Station daily at 10.30 am and 5.30 pm, until further orders.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are complying the conditions regularly.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly.

4. Taking into consideration of the submissions made by either side, the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.7234 of 2019 dated 19.03.2019 is modified in the following manner. "The petitioners shall report before the respondent Police on every Saturday at 10.30 am, until further orders." 15.05.2019 vrn http://www.judis.nic.in
