O R D E R

The petitioner is an accused in case pending trial in C.C.No.21 of 2012 on the file of the Special Court for TNPID Cases, Coimbatore.

2. This revision challenges the order of the Special Court passed in Crl.M.P.No.2502 of 2015 on 06.11.2015. While permitting a petition seeking recall of a non-bailable warrant under Section 72 Cr.P.C, the Court below has, amidst other conditions, required the petitioner to appear on all future hearing dates without fail.

3. Heard learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Advocate (Crl.side).

4. The order under challenge runs foul of the order passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.2 of 2013 in Crl.O.P.No.20885 of 2013 dated 28.10.2013 whereunder the petitioner has been directed to appear before the trial Court as and when required for making effective hearing and progress in the trial.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that other conditions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

imposed by the Court below stand complied with.

6. Considering the submission, this Court directs petitioner to appear before the trial Court as and when required by it. Such requirement may be informed through intimation to his counsel and by recording the same in the proceedings of the Court.

The Criminal Original Petition is disposed of with the above direction.
