2.The petitioner is the President of the Festival Committee and submitted a representation dated 21.05.2016 to the respondent praying for permission to conduct the cultural programme in connection with the temple festival of Thagarakuppam Arulmigu Sri Mariamman Koil Thiruvizha, Natrampalli Taluk, Vellore District and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this Writ Petition. 3.Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.R.Govindasamy, learned Special Government Pleader, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent. 4.Though the petitioner prayed for larger relief, in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
into the merits of the case, the respondent is directed to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 21.05.2016, in accordance with law and pass orders, on or before 01.06.2016 and communicate the decision taken, to the petitioner. 5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly.
