This writ petition has been filed for direction to the second respondent to take action against the fourth to eleventh respondents as they wilfully omits or refused to carry out or disobey the Tamil Nadu Panchayat Act, 1994 on the basis of representation dated 04.01.2021, 13.03.2021 given by the petitioners to the second and third respondents. 2.

The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner endorsed that the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous and as such, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition. 2/4

In view of the above submission of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
