Taluk, Chittiayar Agaram Village, Survey No.30/1, 52 is totally measuring an extent of 4.605 Acers and 1.5 acers respectively of water bodies pond and direct the 1st respondent conduct the enquiry and action against the CMDA officers as respondents 16 to 18 who act as insufficient, negligence manner as changed the alleged water bodies property in CMDA Map and also find the superstructures put upon by them are authorized / unauthorized / deviated, necessary and immediate steps shall be taken in accordance with law to demolish the offending construction and may also disconnect the metro water and sewage, electricity connections thereby evict the all types of encroachments and restore as it lake manner.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.Subramaniam J.) The Writ Petition has been filed for a mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 15 to conduct the survey and to evict all type of encroachments in Old Thiruvallur Distict, New Chennai District, Maduravoyal Taluk, Chittiayar Agaram Village, Survey No.30/1, 52, totally measuring an extent of 4.605 Acers and 1.5 acers and, direct the 1st respondent to conduct

the enquiry and take action against the CMDA officers and also to demolish the offending construction thereby, evict all types of encroachments.

2. The status report filed by the respondent would show that enforcement actions are initiated, after conducting survey and identification of encroachments. Notices are also issued to evict the encroachers. Since the enforcement action for eviction commenced, the authorities are directed to conclude the proceedings as expeditiously as possible by evicting the encroachers from the public properties.
