ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offence under Sections 341, 294(b), 395, 397, 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.150 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner is alleged to have committed theft of cell phone and cash of Rs.640/- from the defacto complainant.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and that he has been falsely implicated in this case. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that earlier, there one previous case are pending similar in nature further the petitioner approached this Court by filing Crl.O.P.No.10607 of 2021 and this Court has dismissed the said petition on 18.06.2021.

5.Considering the gravity of the offence committed by the petitioner and since there is no change in circumstances subsequent to the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.10607 of 2021, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
