This criminal original petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register First Information Report under Section 417, 426, 447, 464, 466, 468, 471, 474 in Section 466 or 467 ( knowing it to be forged and intending to use it as genuine) of IPC and investigate the matter based on the complaint dated 31.08.2015 and make an enquiry within a time framed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 & 2.

3. It is represented by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that petition enquiry is pending with the second respondent in connection with the complaint dated 31.08.2015 given by the petitioner. Hence, the second respondent is directed to proceed with the enquiry and take action in accordance with law. With the above direction, the criminal original petition is closed.
