ORDER

(Order of the court was delivered by S. VAIDYANATHAN,J.,) The petitioner has filed the present writ petition seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents 1 and 2 to take appropriate action to stop demolitions, reconstruction, alterations, additions at the premises No.135 Govindappa Naicken Street, George Town, Chennai - 600 079 in accordance with law within the specified period as directed by this Court. 2.

Mr.A. Nagarajan, learned counsel takes notice for the first respondent. By consent, the main writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself. 3.

The relief, sought for by the writ petitioner, has got to be agitated before appropriate forum. Without going into the merits of the matter, we permit the petitioner to approach the civil forum, if so advised. With these observations, the writ petition stands dismissed. No costs.
