ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 399 of IPC. in Crime No.102 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused were in possession of deadly weapons and planned to commit dacoity and caught red handed by the respondent police. Hence the complaint.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged by the prosecution and they have been falsely implicated in this case. Hence, he prays for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate would submit that the petitioner along with other accused were in possession of deadly weapons and planned to commit dacoity. 5. Taking into consideration the facts of the case and the nature of offence committed by the petitioner and the petitioner has two previous cases to his credit, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly this Criminal Original petition is dismissed.
