Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of mandamus directing respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment in the public pathway which is situated in S.No.250/5 of Avadathur Village, Jalakandapuram, Mettur Taluk, Salem District and also sintex water tank, which is in front of the above based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2020 and also to implement the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.313/2019 dated 05.02.2020 on the file of the second respondent for giving police protection for removing the encroachment in the above said public pathway within stipulated time.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Seeking a direction to respondents 1 to 3 to remove the encroachment in the public pathway which is situated in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

S.No.250/5 of Avadathur Village, Jalakandapuram, Mettur Taluk, Salem District and also sintex water tank, which is in front of the above based on the petitioner's representation dated 23.07.2020 and also to implement the proceedings in Na.Ka.No.313/2019 dated 05.02.2020 on the file of the second respondent for giving police protection for removing the encroachment in the above said public pathway, the present writ petition has been filed.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader submitted that the proceedings have been concluded on 23.09.2020 by removing the encroachment.

3.In such view of the matter, the writ petition stands closed. No costs.
