P.K.Kalyani Now Known As T.Kalyani v. K.Pattammal And 5 Others

A.No.2799 of 2021 in C.S.No.1235 of 1995 N.SESHASAYEE, J., In a suit for partition, a final decree came to be passed on 03.12.2004 wherein the plaintiffs were directed to deposit a sum of Rs.4,94,500/- towards the value of the share of the first defendant. This has been deposited by the plaintiffs.

2.Now, this Application is filed for withdrawing the same.

3.This Court perused the papers, more particularly, the copy of the final decree made available in the typed set of papers and is satisfied about the merit in this Application.

4.This Application is accordingly allowed.
