ORDER

This Contempt Petition is filed for the non-compliance of the order dated 22.09.2017 passed in W.P.No. 25589 of 2017.

2. When the Contempt Petition is taken up for hearing, Mr.M.Elumalai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the respondent submitted that the concerned jurisdictional Tahsildar to consider the representation of the petitioners is Special Tahsildar, Natham Settlement Scheme, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053 and therefore, the petitioners may be directed to submit a fresh application to the concerned Special Tahsildar.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that liberty may be given to the petitioners to submit a fresh application to the Special Tahsildar.

4. In view of the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, the Contempt Petition is closed and liberty is given to the petitioners

to submit a fresh application to the Special Tahsildar, Natham Settlement Scheme, Ambattur, Chennai - 600 053.
