This petition has been filed to implead the Managing Director, E.H.113 Chennimalai Kongu Primary Handloom Weavers Co-operative Production and Sale Society Ltd., Chennimalai, Perundurai Taluk, Erode District, as further respondent in the writ petition. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the proposed respondent is the responsible person to speak about the impugned proceedings and therefore, the said respondent is proper and necessary party.

3.In view of the said statement, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed.

4.The Registry is directed carry out necessary amendment impleading the proposed respondent as further respondent in the writ petition.
