O R D E R

The present Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is filed to withdraw H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai and transfer the same to the file of Family Court, Trichirappalli.

2.When the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent submitted that the respondent has no objection to transfer H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai to Family Court, Trichirappalli and prayed for posting the matter before the Tamil Nadu Mediation and Conciliation Centre after transfer and made an endorsement to that effect.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the respondent.

4.In view of the submission and endorsement so made by the learned counsel for the respondent, without deciding the issue on merits, the petition in H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2017 pending on the file of the Principal Sub Court, Mayiladuthurai is ordered to be withdrawn and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Trichirappalli. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Mayiladuthurai is directed to transmit all the records https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

pertaining to H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2017 to the file of the Family Court, Trichirappalli within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. On Such transfer, the learned Judge, Family Court, Trichirappalli is directed to post H.M.O.P.No.143 of 2017 before Mediation and Conciliation Center attached to that Court for settlement if parties agree. 5.Accordingly, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. No costs.

Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
