This petition has been filed to correct the name of the 4th petitioner as 'Thangamuthu' instead of 'Thangavel' in the writ petition. 2.In the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, it had been stated that the name of the 4th petitioner is actually P.Thangamuthu and it had been wrongly given as P.Thangavel.

3.Taking into consideration the fact that it is only a correction in the name, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition stands allowed. 4.The Registry is directed carry out necessary amendment in the cause title to the writ petition.
