ft together with undivided half share an extent of 195 sq.ft ( out of 390 sq.Ft) in the 6 feet common passage in all measuring 1419 sq.ft more particularly described in the schedule hereunder (CMP.17216/2017) pending disposal of the above OSA.265/2017 SCHEDULE OF PROPERTY XEROX COPY ATTACHED Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.VIDYA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.R.RATHNA THARA, Advocate (Caveator) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- Learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that the Suit property will not be alienated or encumbered pending disposal of the appeal.
